Cajun Shrimp and Pasta


1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed

1 lb spaghetti or fettuccine noodles (more or less, depending on family size) cook to eldente

6 -8 garlic cloves, according to personal taste, minced

1 med onion, diced

1/4 cup butter

olive oil (3 drizzles)

Italian seasoning

red pepper flakes

salt , pepper and herbs to taste


Saute onions in butter and olive oil

stir in garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes

drain pasta stir into mixture

Add Shrimp, cook until shrimp is cooked through, shrimp will turn pink DO NOT OVERCOOK
