Porcupine Meatballs


1 lb ground beef, 80/20
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup water
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 lg can tomato sauce (or 2 sm cans)
  • Combine ground beef, rice, water, seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and celery salt, once it’s all mixed together, shape meatballs.
  • Pour 2 Tbsp olive oil in the Ninja Foodi Place meatballs in the Ninja Foodi scatter the sliced onions over the meatballs. Pour tomato sauce over the top.
  • Using the pressure lid,  pressure for 20 minutes, do a QR
  • Then close the crisping lids, Select ROAST, set temp to 350* for 10 minutes
