New Happening Going On

Morning Kids,

Sorry I haven’t been on here in a while. Ed and I have been designing a new web site for our online vinyl business. D and E Designs in Vinyl. We have personalized RV door Monograms

This is our door monogram and it looks awesome. These will be great Christmas gifts either to get or give. We also have great tShirts… Special orders WELCOME. Check it out.

Well you know I can’t NOT put a recipe on here. LOL

Now that Fall is in the air let’s make something rib-sticking warm.

While we were in Coldspring TX doing our week out of Thousand Trails we did some grocery shopping a Brookshire Brothers and they had Sirloin steaks on sale so I picked up a few packages and froze some. They were beautiful steaks too. So I made some Beef Tips in the pressure cooker, you ask why in a pressure cooker, well it makes the beef so much more tender than any other way of cooking. Bonus, it’s done in only 20 minutes… Here’s my recipe and it’s really good too. I hope you enjoy it.

Beef Tips

1 lb of Steak, cut in cubes

1 Tbsp meat tenderizer

2 Tbsp McCormick Hamberger seasoning

1 med onion, quartered

1 cup Beef broth

1 tsp of Beef Bouillon granules

2 tsp cornstarch, for thickening

Place the onion quarters in the bottom of the PC

Coat all the beef cubes with meat tenderizer and Hamburger seasoning then layer over the onions.

Cook for 20 minutes in the PC

Once the beef has cooked, in a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a couple of drops of water making sure the cornstarch is completely dissolved then add the mixed cornstarch to the beef and juices cook an additional 5 minutes so the juice thickens up a little.

NOTE* I served mine over Riced Cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes for a lower Carb intake.

Please leave me some feedback on my recipes or if there is a recipe you would like to share please leave it in the comment section.

Thanks for stopping by…

Happy Cooking!

  • I have just discovered the riced cauliflower. It is wonderful!! Granddaughter had 3 servings last night! Will have to try it with grab.

    • It’s a great potato substitute too. Combine a litte cream cheese and chopped onion, top with bacon bits and cheddar cheese then bake at 375* until cheese is melted and bubbly…

    • Thank You for stopping by. It was a pleasure meeting y’all and Ed and I are looking forward to getting together. We’re planning a small get together around 1 pm Monday for a potluck. Janice and Dave are coming in and will be here and set up by then. If y’all are interested and would like to bring something, may I suggest some Garlic Bread? On the menu…. We’re bringing Chicken Spaghetti, the Motts are bringing a Toss Salad and the Evans are bringing Brownies. Hope you can attend. Debi

  • Hey Mike, I missed you last night at Poker… I won again!
