Hamburger Stew

1 pound ground beef
1 medium yellow onions, chopped
1 8oz can stewed tomatoes
1 sm can corn
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cups water
1 package Brown Gravy mix
pepper to taste

In Electric Skillet brown ground beef, celery and onions over medium heat; drain.

Add tomatoes, corn, potatoes, water, brown gravy mix, pepper bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Cover; simmer on low.
Serve with cornbread or garlic bread.
