Carne Guisada


3 lb chuck roast

1 med onion

1 bell pepper

3 cloves garlic

1 Serrano pepper

2 TBSP butter

1 TBSP Cumin

1 TBSP Paprika

1 TBSP Adobo

2 packets of Con Azafranx

2 Med Potatoes, cubed

Cut the 3 lb chuck roast into 1-2″ cubes and coated with flour and fajita seasoning. Seared the meat on all sides and set aside.


In the Foodi sauteed a medium onion, a medium green bell pepper, and 3 cloves of garlic, and one green Serrano pepper in 2 TBSP. Butter.
Then I put sauteed veggies and 2 fresh beefsteak tomatoes in the Ninja food processor and pureed. (optional)
Put the seared meat in the Foodi, combined 1 can Campbell’s beef consume with the puree then poured over the meat.
Add in 1 TBSP Cumin, 1 TBSP Paprika, 1 TBSP Adobo, 2 packets of Con Azafran and  2 Med Potatoes, cubedStir it all up and PC for 20 mins. 10 minutes NR. The meat was so tender I cut it with a spoon!
