1 lb of Steak, cut in cubes
1 Tbsp meat tenderizer
2 Tbsp McCormick Hamberger seasoning
1 med onion, quartered
1 cup Beef broth
1 tsp of Beef Bouillon granules
2 tsp cornstarch, in 2 tsp water, makes a slurry for thickening
Place the onion quarters in the bottom of the PC
Coat all the beef cubes with meat tenderizer and Hamburger seasoning then layer over the onions.
Cook for 20 minutes in the PC
Once the beef has cooked, in a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a couple of drops of water making sure the cornstarch is completely dissolved then add the mixed cornstarch to the beef and juices cook an additional 5 minutes so the juice thickens up a little.
NOTE* I served mine over Riced Cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes for a lower Carb intake.
