I threw a few ingredients together for a new recipe yesterday for supper. Only 6 ingredients and only 1 pot… Kids it was really good and so easy. The hubs gave it a thumbs up!
Chicken and Noodles
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
2 cups of egg noodles
4 tsp butter
salt and pepper
Cut chicken up into small pieces and brown with onions in butter remove and set aside. In the same pan boil noodles to just soft, drain
add together noodles, soup, broth and chicken stirring to combine completely.
Simmer for 5 minutes or just enough for everything to completely heat up together.
Serve hot with your favorite veggie.
I used my Magma nesting cookware skillet on my Induction Cook-top and it turned out great.
