2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 tenders
1 cup rice
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 sm can cream of chicken soup
1 can drained corn
1 large onion chopped
Put 2 chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot or Ninja.
Mix rice with cream of chicken soup and onions and pour mixture over chicken.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours OR LOW for 7-8 (pressure cookers cook for 30 minutes)
The last 30 minutes of cooking time stir in drained corn, top with cheese.
